1) Additional expenses includes legal fee, external electrification, water & sanitary charges, service charges towards property assessment and sub-numbering —are payable on demand (Approx.)
2) VAT calculated at 14.5% on 70% Construction Value (based on progress of construction) will be collected with every instalment
3) Service Tax calculated at 15% on 40% of Construction Value will be collected with every installment
4) Club House Fees at Rs.1,20,000 plus 15% service tax
5) Tentative Building Maintenance charges currently estimated at Rs.5 /- per sft. per month. One time Corpus Fund which is equivalent to one year's maintenance charges
6) Registration charges will be extra and at actuals, depending on the super built-up area, the apartment floor, amenities in the project and the exact guideline value of the property at the time of registration
7) Post Dated Cheques (PDC's) are required to be given in advance for all installments at the time of allotment.
